SUBMIT ABSTRACT 

When preparing the abstract for submission, please ensure that it adheres to the following guidelines:

  1. Abstract Content: The abstract should provide a concise summary of your research, stating the main aim, scope, and conclusions of your study. It must briefly explain the purpose of the research, highlight key results, and present major conclusions.

  2. Structure: The abstract must be self-contained, meaning it can be understood without reading the full paper. It should focus on providing the essential points of your work in a clear and structured manner. Avoid using references, uncommon abbreviations, or technical jargon unless absolutely necessary.

  3. Length: Keep the abstract between 100-150 words. The goal is to make it informative yet concise, summarizing the core elements of the study.

  4. Originality: Ensure the abstract is free from any form of plagiarism, maintaining a similarity index of less than 10%, excluding author names and affiliations. Abstracts must be entirely original.

  5. Submission Format: Follow the specified Abstract Format provided in the link. The abstract should meet these formatting requirements before uploading.

 

After submitting, wait for the acceptance notification and your Abstract ID. Only upon receiving this will you proceed with registration for the conference.

POSTER GUIDELINES

1. Poster Size and Layout:

  • Standard Size: Typically 36 x 48 inches (91 x 122 cm).

  • Orientation: Portrait or Landscape.

  • Margins: Maintain at least a 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin around the edges.

2. Content Organization:

  • Title: Large, bold, and legible from a distance (recommended size: 72-100 pt).

    • Include title, author names, and affiliations.

  • Abstract: Brief summary (150–250 words).

  • Introduction/Background: State the problem and objectives clearly.

  • Methods: Provide concise information about methodology.

  • Results: Use charts, graphs, and visuals to present key findings.

  • Discussion/Conclusions: Highlight the significance and implications of the research.

  • References: Use smaller font (18-24 pt) for citations.

  • Acknowledgments: Recognize funding sources or contributors.

3. Visual Design:

  • Font Style: Use Sans-serif fonts (e.g., Arial, Calibri) for readability.

  • Font Sizes:

    • Headings: 36–48 pt

    • Subheadings: 24–36 pt

    • Body Text: 18–24 pt

  • Color Scheme:

    • Use contrasting colors (dark text on light background or vice versa).

    • Avoid overly bright or dark colors.

  • Images and Graphics:

    • High-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI).

    • Use captions for clarity.

  • Graphs and Charts: Simplify data visualization with bar graphs, pie charts, and tables.

4. Technical Details:

  • Use PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator for design.

  • Save the file in PDF or JPEG format as per submission requirements.

  • Ensure scalability without pixelation.

5. Printing and Setup:

  • Verify dimensions and quality before printing.

  • Print on matte or satin-finish paper to avoid glare.

  • Provide Velcro strips, push pins, or clips for mounting as specified by the organizer.

6. Presentation Tips:

  • Prepare a 1–2-minute summary of your poster for quick explanations.

  • Be ready to answer detailed questions during the poster session.

  • Include a QR code linking to supplementary materials or full paper.
